Professional Development Coordinator
Our client located in Plano, TX is in need of a Professional Development Coordinator on a contract basis for approximately 2-4 weeks.

Company Profile:
Busy Real Estate Company 
Education and training department

Your Role:
Manage course detail work including: Organizing files, making copies of course materials, drafting reports, confirming attendee registrations, meeting deadlines, etc.
-Answer education-related questions and promote upcoming classes by quickly and professionally responding to all telephone and e-mail inquiries.
-Organize classrooms prior to class start – ensuring all handouts, audiovisual equipment, and sign-in sheets are ready.
-Classroom clean-up upon class completion – making sure trash has been cleared, audiovisual equipment has been shut-off and secured, and all course sign-out sheets have been completed.
-Set-up and clean-up of class meals.
-Assist the Director of Professional Development in the planning and organization of Continuing Education (CE) classes.
-Fill-in when needed in the Professional Development Director’ s absence.
-Other duties as necessary to contribute to the overall success of the Association

Background Profile:
High school diploma, bachelor’ s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience working in an office environment preferred 
Hospitality experience, with a customer service mindset
Able to be on feet for long periods of time
Have excellent communication skills
Must be able to set goals, stay on task, meet deadlines, and tolerate interruptions.
Must have a positive attitude, be able to work well with various personalities, and resolve
conflict when needed.
Must be thorough, not afraid to ask questions, and have the ability to remember instructions
and act on those instructions.
Must be assertive with the ability to make decisions and take independent action.

Sourcer / Recruiter Role:
The Sourcer / Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, interviewing, testing and recommending applications for all positions throughout the company.
Using behavioral interviewing techniques, recruit, screen and interview candidates for non-exempt and exempt positions
Responsible for applicant tracking system and keeping applicant and job data current and up to date
Maintain job postings on recruiting websites
Identify and use cost effective sourcing techniques to assist with identifying candidates – internet, networking, cold calling, jobs fairs, etc.
Responsible for the process of pre-employment testing, background checks, offer letters and interview notes from managers
Establish effective relationships with hiring managers/supervisors to ensure expectations and requirements are met for their positions
Conduct new hire orientation
Provide direction to staffing agencies for assistance on positions
Share new approaches and ideas to effect continual improvements in the recruiting process
Assist with HR related projects as needed

HR Admin Background Profile:
Must have at least 3-5 years’ professional recruiting experience
Recruiting experience in a corporate environment is required
Must highly polished and professional
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience using HRIS systems and job boards preferred
Ability to build and maintain strong pipeline of candidates
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques is preferred
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship building skills, along with excellent influence and persuasion skills
Strong decision making and initiative skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Call Center Representative Role:
The Call Center Representative with work in the Member Services department and will provide professional and courteous service via phone and email.
Sell and cross sell banking products and services by identifying potential sales opportunities and educating members and potential members on products and services that will best meet their needs.
Assist members with loans, account items, debit card issues, home banking/bill pay questions
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Handle approximately 80-100 calls/day
Troubleshoot and resolve complex member account issues
Listen closely to concerns and ask probing questions to further understand the issues, and offer a resolution and/or follow up
Sell and cross sell various products including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other related financial products and services
Accurately process loan and new account applications received over the phone
Place outbound calls to members for dormant accounts, etc.

Call Center Representative Background Profile:
The Call Center Representative will have a High School diploma or the equivalent
Experience in a high-volume call center environment – 80-100 calls/day
Banking experience is a plus
Experience and desire to offer exceptional and outstanding customer service
Committed to being dependable, on time, and in attendance each day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – great phone etiquette
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Type 40 wpm
The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, a good listener, have a strong attention to detail, and able to multi-task.

HR Recruiting Coordinator Role:
The HR Recruiting Coordinator will assist with recruitment efforts and help with administrative tasks.
Participate in recruitment efforts for exempt and non exempt personnel
Submit job postings online, maintain job postings, and maintain applicant flow logs
Greet and set up candidates to perform assessments of tests and coordinate results with recruiters
Source and screen candidates
May travel to college campuses or job fairs to speak to potential candidates and distribute materials about the company
Assist with new hire paperwork and tracking paperwork and ensuring all paperwork and acknowledgments are signed and accounted for
Assist with benefits administration and other HR related tasks as needed

HR Recruiting Coordinator Background Profile:
The HR Recruiting Coordinator will have a High School diploma or the equivalent
College degree is a plus
2-3 years’ experience with recruiting including experience with job posting
Experience recruiting for call centers/high volume a huge plus
Experience with interviewing and screening candidates – extremely familiar with knowing how to conduct an interview
Strong Excel skills – there will be heavy tracking in Excel spreadsheets
Ability to write formulas in Excel is a huge plus
Computer proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience utilizing ATS and or HRIS systems preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and success in handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Great verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
